Spent an hour and a half on this website customer support- Was guided on how to book the ticket- Payment failed through, was advised to rebook, went through the whole process again, was then asked to hold on while he checked with his technical team. On checking he said he could do the booking for me and would send me a link. Then he again said he would call me back. On calling back he said its not possible for him to book as I need to leave some mandatory miles in the account so I need to start over. In the process, my flight fare went up by Rs 500.
If the website is unable to cater to the customers, it should not operate!
I am wondering on the utility of the credit crd itself, the purpose of the same was to be able to get advantage on the flights.
The whole experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would urge you not to opt for the Premier Miles card if the purpose is to use miles for Air travel.
