There used to be this guy called Manjunath at the tata service center in peenya he was extremely good however once he quit the replacements were horrible and just no care for the customers. I own a safari and manjunath was so courteous that he took good care of the vehicle and serviced it.
The other day when I called for my car to be serviced they said someone will come on the 5th of dec and hung up rudely and before that they delayed the delivery of my car from servicing for 5 days and kept saying " we will definitely give it tomorrow" for the next five days. Mr. MD of prerana motors please remember that maruti did well coz of after sales and I think you need to focus in that area or else one day you would lose all your customers.
