I have been using Tata Safari since 2004, i.e. I started from Safari TCIC and graduated to Safari 2.2 VTT Dicor. My Beast’s regular engine / body / ergonomic therapy were carried on by ConcordeMotors, Bangalore. Recently, I learnt that, the Clutch plate & Wheel Bearings of my Safari had done its job to the fullest and I decided to replace it. This time I thought of giving my Beast to Prerana Motors, Bangalore (Kudlu, Hosur Road). I reached the Service Centre at 9:30AM and was attended to by Dananjaya.
I explained the issue and he was courteous / informative to record my communication on the job sheet instantaneously. He informed me that my Beast will be handed over to me post service by 6:00PM. I got a call from Sunil at 1:00PM informing me that the entire RH wheel bearing kit has to be replaced (Inner & Outer). I was indeed sure about that, because, the humming sound while driving above 40KMPH was predominant, I approved the replacement.
At 5:30PM I reached Prerana Motors to see my Beast ready to hit the road. I was indeed filled with anxiety since, this was the first time I gave my beast for a service elsewhere (Prerana Motors). I was flabbergasted to see my Beast waiting to be delivered and ready to face the metal with the entire issue addressed. People, the service rendered by Prerena, Bangalore was exceptional, especially, I admire the commitment Dananjaya and Sunil exhibited. I can thoughtfully comment that, the two with their team have done their work with immense dedication. Both of them were with me at the time of delivery, they ensured that I was thoroughly satisfied with the service. As usual, I keep looking for issues. I did find one, i.e. the co passenger seat was rattling, and that too was fixed without delay. Folks, I genuinely feel the service offered by Prerana is unsurpassed. I truly recommend Prerana Motors Bangalore for servicing your TATA vehicle.
This may be one of the best services I have ever had. Every Service centre will have a mix of people who are devoted and have knowledge about automobiles and people who are their just for the sake of being their. I quote; Dananjaya & Sunil have proved that all service technicians are not the same. I believe the aforementioned people being employed by Prerana have a soft heart for automobiles. Kudos guys!!!!!!
