Whenever, container is removed from the overall body of this machine, Coffee leaks. Even though they said to me that it doesn’t leak at all.
In the instructional description, there advised to let coffee brew for 5 minutes to make for making it so hot and liquid wont spill as there is safety valve mechanism is not until place the container under the machine. Coffee spilling out on it’s own sometimes. Even without the glass jar in to the place, coffee maker starts spilling the coffee surprisingly.
This machine works as deficient type, even coffee don’t get filtered properly.
It’s anti drip don’t work perfectly. The coffee powder also come in to decoction.
It’s plastic material is so cheap crap of plastic and it’s proved to me after a longtime using.
It creates huge mess sometimes, milk and sugar have to add separately! Even sometimes milk coffee can’t be made properly in to it. By this machine we can get the plain black coffee properly only.
My be It will be better to purchase an kettle instead of it and make boiling water in it, then mix coffee powder.
Not a good user friendly & handy it is. Durability is so potty. Style & design average which is not so much factor I think.
Customer service number don’t work in time properly. It’s too dime.
I am still forwarding for a better machine instead of it.
