BUY PRESTIGE GAS HOB AND FACE HUMILIATION

2ND REVIEWIn continuation of my first preview below , I write to say that their services have gone from bad to worst and their staff is cheating and misbehaving when you lodge complaint for removal of defect . here is narration of my experience . *I lodged a complaint on 22nd nov 09 on their customer complaint no.--011 25103163  as one of the burners was not working . customer care gave me no. of some srinivasan--9811025990 who is always short tempered.


After my repeated request he sent a mechanic on after 7 DAYS . the mechanic took away some part saying it is defective and needs replacement . when he did not turn up for 3 days I again contacted customer care who gave me no. of some mr dutta ((9810595615). this gentleman is even more short tempered and most un friendly to customers while talking .


After my several request he sent a mechanic after 2 days who declared that EARLIER MECHANIC SENT BY SRINIVASAN HAS TAKEN AWAY SOME PART AND YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW PART IN LIEU OF SAME WHICH WILL COST APPX RS 700/ . I had no choice except to pay this money when he came after 2 days with the part . when I complaint to dutta about cheating by mechanic sent by srinivasan he went on to say that SRINIVASAN is not the authorised person from company .subsequently on shouting at srinivasan he sent back the part taken away by mechanic sent by him .MORAL OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH PRESTIGE AFTER SALES TEAM IS :IF YOU HAVE PATIENCE TO WAIT FOR 10 DAYS , CAPACITY TO BEAR MISBEHAVIOUR AND SHORT TEMPER OF THEIR PERSONS LIKE SRINIVASAN AND DUTTA AND BEAR THE CHEATING OF PERSONS LIKE SRINIVASAN THEN BUY PRESTIGE GAS HOB .Incidently I am fed up with TEAM PRESTIGE and wish to get rid of my Prestige gas hob . Any takers ?PROMISE I WILL GIVE IT DAM CHEAP .

1st REVIEWI purchased a gas hob of PRESTGE MAKE last year and soon realised that I did a mistake . Firstly it consumes lot of gas and highly energy inefficient . Our gas consumption has gone up by 30% . Secondly it develops snag frequently . Thirdly their after sales service is pathetic . Probably they have outsourced this activity to some incompetent agency . For NOIDA , they provided me one mob no.--9958681594 . This no. is picked only after u call atleast 10 times . Then the person will turn up not before 20 days . and when he will come he will take a dozen excuses such as he does not have tools or spares are not available and so on . On the top of it it will develop snag again in a day or two . PEHAPS THEY HAVE IMPORTED SOME SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT AND DUMPING IN INDIAN MARKET . SO BE AWARE .NOTE : MY LATEST COMPLAINT IS LYING UN ATTENDED SINCE LAST 20 DAYS .SO BEWARE OF PRESTIGE PRODUCTS JK GUPTANOIDA(Mob. no.-9313335634 )
