I purchased a stove and found that one burner didn’t work properly and I called their service team to correct it.
I haven’t seen such pathetic after sales service from any other company. 1 week of calls and till date, no response. They seem to be very happy ignoring the customers. I made a big mistake by purchasing their product. Please be careful and avoid their products.
