Faulty one

I bought a prestige OTG and regreted it instantly.


Ad I recived it I was very excited about it but after 4 to 5 uses it just stopped working .


After several tries it still  did not worked at all then we called the customer service support they registerd our complaint gave us a cmplaint no. And told that that there technical support will see us in under 2 days.


And that was quite a time but still after 2 days no one arrived and agin after I have to complain anf then after 4 days a team arrived and repplaced the product and since then the new product fine bt it still stops some time and sometimes shows signal but doesnt heat up. Soo my experince was not good but its still works till now.
