I purchased this kettle in January 2017 and over the direction of daily use, the plastic lid on the top did now not open as there has been a few troubles with the mechanical buttons to be pressed for same. The lid opening tabs have stopped working, the auto cut features has stopped working and the water continues on boiling until it turns to vapour, the handle turns into too warm after use and the plastic has started leaking water within the backside holder. The stainless steel becomes also of an issue gauge with some dents. It did now not look new. The stainless steel became blackish at a variety of places. The wire is too small and doesn’t stand well on the stand as they’d design for different motive. Finally this product is not user friendly at all. It is an absolute God awful product no longer worthy of the rate tag. One recommendation to all of the prospective customers, DO not purchase.
