Hi, I have puchased this product to our office, which we were in need.because we cannot drink the purified water were the guys suppiled the water cans to our office .which is filled with dust.and we have not noticed, when we noticed it and thoght of getting this electic kettle .so boiling water and have a warm water to drink will be safe, so this electic kettle is usefull to boil the water and their are less chances of falling ill because of water infection. it is very helpfull product and we can utilised, sometimes I use for prepare tea and coffee also.it is 1year warranty also.i am so much happy for this.
