I have bought prestige elegant 750 mixer grinder juicer from paytm
I got this product on a good price
as well as they were saying it has 2 year warranty but product has 5 yr warranty on motor and 2 year warranty on whole product
I was very happy but firstly it was very noicy I thought it has 750 watt motor might be this would be the reason but after some days whenever I use that mixer it throws some part of plastic I thought may be its new thats why its happening
but after 7 days cuppler was wearing slowly
and after10 days of buying my mixer’s cuppler has sticked with jars cuppler
it was very disappointed
the product of prestige cost 4695
this type of issue in just 10 days
then I called to paytm they gave me no. of prestige customer care then after 2 -3 days they had repaired my mixer
they said to me its motor alignment was no good thats why it happens
but after repairing mixer is working very well
prestige customer care I also very nice and gentle
paytm is also nice .
