I ordered two dresses, two gaun, for my best friends birthday gift from Pretmode. com. As the gauns were looking quite trendy and unique but to my misfortune, the gauns turned out be an irony. The quality of fabric is so thin, degraded and low that it got torned within my friends first wear. That’s been very embarrassing for me. Those gauns were quite expensive. My money is wasted over it. I want a refund, but they refused as, they claim that its not their fault, the dress ought to be manufactured well.
I complaint of low quality service. They are fake and subtle liars as they claimed that a coupon worth 25% off would be given on first use. But I had to pay whole price . they said that the offer was for only a limited period, and has gone a day before.The green gauns zip back, got torn
