Bad hospital. My Uncle had his knee replacement at this hospital. It got infected.
The doctors (so called best in India) was not ready to accept the complication. The staff attitude was hostile. We had to go to another hospital to get the surgery done again.
There are no fans in rooms and the AC is shut off at night. Nurses dont know to talk in Hindi. Looks like the hospital is only interested in making money and not giving quality service.
While I was waiting for the doctor at one visit, met many other unsatisfied patients. The cafeteria only has stale food. No one knows the patient bill. Only at the time of dischatge, they show up with a huge bill. No details are provided. When you talk to the receptionist, they dont know whom should we talk to.
Overall, a bad experience. Wont recommend this place to anyone. Go there only if you want your surgery to get infected
