Recently we engaged PrintBindaas to do our Yearbook and T Shirts for our Silver Jubilee Reunion. We did our research and after looking at the good amount of positive press coverage and the Website, thought that even though they may be a bit expensive in comparison to others, the quality of deliverable would make up for the premium they charge. Unfortunately NOT.
We had placed an order for around 120 Yearbooks and T Shirts. The yearbook was designed by us. We sent them a few pages for review which quite promptly they okay-ed. We were confident that they would end up doing an excellent job for us. To our utter shock, when the printed yearbooks were delivered ... most of them had binding issues. The binding done was extremely shoddy and it was coming off at many places. The quality of T Shirt looked somewhat suspect which was proven later ... after one wash they shrank!!!
When this feedback was shared with them, they offered to review the "defective" lot and replace/fix them. They apparently expect that people from all over the world would first send the yearbook and T Shirts to them at their own expense. They would "review" the defective deliverable in question and then "decide" whether to replace or not.
Please tread carefully. Dont be swayed by the glitzy website or the positive praise about them.
