I have placed an order with the above mentioned order id on 26-08-2015.On 27-08-2015 you have cancelled the order as you aren’t able to process it & assured me the refund with 2-3 days.
1 Week have passed by since you have cancelled the order & I still haven’t got the refund.
I have contacted my bank & they have informed that they aren’t able to track with the info provided by you.
So, I kindly request you to intiate & process the refund urgently.
A Strict Complaint Will be Lodged If the refund isnt sucessful & I also need call back from the senior of the company regarding.
