I had ordered customized diaries for my college’s get together program from them. This was a very special event as we all friends were meeting at college after 37 years. Friends came from all parts of India and world, so the plan was to give them diaries as souvenir. I had asked specifically to Printland to accept order only if they can deliver before the said date. The lady with whom I was interacting promised me that it will be delivered before the date.
But later on, she vanished and stop taking my phone calls. The diaries were not delivered and I had to struggle even to get the status of the diaries. After lot of follow-up and phone calls, finally they delivered the diaries after almost a month. They are very unprofessional, irresponsible! Please do not order anything online if you do not have sufficient time in hand. They will take their own time to complete the work. Even the quality of work is not so great.
It is better to get the customized items from your local vendors, so that you can followup with them easily and get in time.
