Classic case of ignorance and false commitment

I had placed an order on 30th November order no -100141993


I am following up with their customer care on 9th December as I needed my parcel before 15th December. I was shocked to hear that my order is still not processed for some lame excuse given by the customer care personal. They did not care to inform till date nor care to do anything Abt it.


If my order is not approved or some issue has happened isn’t it the company’s duty to inform the customer?


This isn’t the first time they have done this with me last year during Diwali too same case I had to follow up 10-15 times for my order and had received it a week post Diwali when the purpose of it was over.


Reading the number of complaints against the website shows the lack of interest in business, customer service such companies should get banned and legal action should be taken against owners. Here we want gifts customized so that we can add to memory and before the occasion where we can gift it not way past the date
