If you need a good quality do not use Printland at all. They basically pull money from your account, cheat you that your product will be delivered, they will not deliver the product stating that there are issues, they will not refund your money back. This is the way they earn their money, and run their business.
July 22: I ordered a desk calendar on July 22, and the expected date of delivery was August 1, but I wanted the order to be delivered by July 27th. I made a request with Printland, and they promised to deliver by 27th.
July 27: I did not receive my product on 27th and I called up Printland spending money for the STD call. A representative called Shivaz attended the call and said there are issues with delivery, and they didnt inform me that there are issues. I immediately requested for cancellation of the product because I didnt want the product after 27th. The representative Shivaz told that he will deliver it the next day.
July 28: So I waited patiently for the next day and waited for the delivery. The product was still not delivered. I called up again requesting for the order status even though it was delayed already. The order delivery had issues and the brilliant Shivaz could not even inform me about it. I immediately asked for him to cancel the product. Im not sure if he even knows to speak proper English or if he understood what I spoke. He kept promising that there will be a refund. After so much irritation I cut the call.
July 29: I called them back because Shivaz told the order would be delivered today. It was still not delivered due to issues. I blasted them off angrily, and there was a calm and cool response from Shivaz stating thatMam please wait, the order will be delivered

July 30 - August 4: I kept mailing them asking for when a request is going to be initiated. There was no response.
August 4: I called again, and another customer care representative Priya attended my call, and then initiated the refund process. I am being told that the refund will be initiated and completed within 10-15 working days after so much of trouble and the product not being delivered.
I am already really pissed off with this. If there is refund and printland cheats, I am posting this in all social networking pages - Facebook, Twitter and making the post go viral.
Printland, please understand that you cant cheat customers. Unless you have a good customer relationship, there will be no profits or business. Its simple and plain, and it works this way.
