I ordered a personalised Photo mug and after a long delay of 15 days, the order was delivered but instead of delivering it to my place ( Surat) instead they delivered it in Mumbai. That is one side of story. At the same time I also got a delivery that should have been delivered to Tamil Nadu.
When I email them, there was no response. After many attempts when I reached their customer support, they said that printland will reprint and send the order. But my concern was what about privacy here. are they going to take any action where personalized mug has been delivered to some other place. Probably.
