Worst after sales service

I ordered a sling bag from printland. The design I had provided was only half printed on the bag. It has been more than two weeks since I have raised the issue, but am yet to get a satisfactory answer. "Under processing" for two weeks and no date of replacement has been provided as yet. This is all the more unacceptable since the first order arrived in three days.


Repeated mails/requests/calls have not yielded any results in these days. Will not recommend anyone to use these services.
