Order No 6734-7884-8826 ordered on 29th Jan 2018. They are unable to do embroidery work with the uploaded logo. Now, They are asking me to change the Logo.
How is possible to change Logo just because they can’t print it?
They are not ready to refund my money, I have followed N number of times and just checked review and fount its too bad.
So they don’t care customer and don’t care review.
People be careful, don’t order with Printvenue.com instead try Vistaprint, they provide fantastic service and very customer friendly.
Customer care is too bad, they are manner less and fool too. They don’t understand my concern and says to change my Logo.
They never follow timeline, as I ordered on 29th Jan and got reply from their side on 2nd Feb after days.
