I ordered just a simple customized notebook and it was delivered 13 days later, long after the occasion for which I wanted to order it for was over.
Thickness of the notebook was very less too - it was grossly overpriced for the product. Not many options available to choose from under each category - they provide plain-page notebooks only, for example.
Online item designer could have been better too. Won’t be using this website again for ordering any customized products.
