I am very fond of customized gifts & accesorries. Recently, I was looking out for a customized gift for my friend.
I started searching for the best service aggrr163ies dealing with the same & found few over the internet. I went through their website & read every informations. As I liked their presentation over the website, I felt like I am at a right place.
I found PRINTVENUE so that I could get my wish fulfilled. I installed App on my phone as it was mentioned over the website for order. I ordered for a Customized Cusion which was looking perfect over the website & I did the needful accordingly. I uploaded the picture which I wanted to be printed on the cushion cover. I initiated with the aishwaryasingh23ment & made the aishwaryasingh23ment successfully through aishwaryasingh23tm & also got the order confirmation with my order number, 1304-6484-2583. While processing the order I have already mentioned a note about the cushion, that Cushion should be a proper standard cushion but the moment I recieved my parcel from printvenue, I was totally shocked just because of their cheat attitude & unprofessionalism. I was never expecting such a bad service from the seller. The cushion quality was so worst that it was worth to be dumped in garbage. It was not a cushio but was a very thin layer of cotton inside the cloth. I was feeling so bad as I could not gift the cushion to my friend as it was totally of no worth. I did call them but didnt get any response. I did write email on support@printvenue.com but no positive response from them. I lost my money as well as trust on them. I would appreciate if someone could assist me accordingly to get my money back soon.
I would never ever recommend any of my friends to go for Printvenue as they are big time cheaters.
