I feel sorry that I did not read the reviews here for this’out-standing’(read - out of competition) dumb website.
Received their publicity mailer on 6th Feb about Valentine Shopping and planned to gift my wife a personalized coffee mug. When I selected the product the details read "Production Period: 2 Working Days". To my surprise, as soon as I placed the order and paid online(no CoD) it said: Expected Date of Dispatch Mon, 16 Feb’15(6 working days)
Seriously? Are you fooling your customers? Someone orders for Valentine’s Day(14th Feb) and ensures to order well in advance and you would dispatch it after Valentine’s Day(14th Feb)?
I raised a complaint to their customer care the same evening(Ticket #162337) and warned that I would post my honest feedback on every social media site and here I am.

The order got delivered this afternoon 20th Feb(after 13 days!)
What kind of customer service is this. Do you hope you would survive in the market by fooling customers and minting money like this? NEVER.
