Priority International poor service

Members of Pune Priority, We took a 2 day stay in Mumbai hotel in April 2017. Priority Customer Service takes 2 to 3 days to respond to any query. The bookings get confirmed, but they do not send booking voucher. We ask why, and they say they will send the voucher one week prior hotel stay. One week before hotel stay, we have to daily send reminders to send us the voucher. The voucher sent does not include the name "Priority" and is done through Booking.com. One day before stay, we call the hotel and are informed hotel amount is not paid. We call Priority, they say it will be paid after we check in! Ok, so we travel to Mumbai and check in, and  then we send mails to Priority to send the money. On check out after 2 days, we are informed only one day payment is made by Priority. So we have to pay 2nd day amount. Again contact Priority, they say they will reimburse. So we send a mail with the amount, and now they say the amount is approved by their office,  and their accounts team will contact us with details of payment. Many days pass, and we contact them, and they say they have a legal battle going on, so our payment is delayed by 2 months!


we have many more emails to send before we get our hotel money back.
