We faced the EMI issue, they committed me to convert my total membership charges into 5 yrs EMI but actually converted it into 2 yrs.but after long exercise of mail, call & meetings, now they provide the better solution on this issue & provide the good support.
Thanks to Mr. Ajit(Customer care) for his quick response & better solution on pending issue.For any issue their will be solution, just need to understand the problem & discuss. We discussed & finally sort out the issue.
