I went here for my friend’s birthday treat. Firstly, the place where we had to sit didn’t have a fan and it was 2 in the afternoon so we were all stuffy. The service was very slow.and whatever we ordered took 20mins to come. Worst of all the thandai shake took an hour to come and wasn’t even worth it. The nachos were soggy and we had to ask for cutlery and water. We ordered 4 pizzas and they brought one of the pizzas just a minute after ordering. Guess what! It was cold and was probably returned by someone else. The garlic bread and the shakes were good. The waiters kept ignoring us and we had to call them 3 -4 times before they would listen.
Maybe it wasn’t a good day for them and hence the bad service bcoz I have heard a lot about this place. Tha ambience is very nice and looks better at night.
