Continuation of my answer. The cherry tree had many visitors like caterpillars, a goat, a mantis and many more. Rakesh felt like god when the cherry tree grew. He was very happy and really like the tree.
The story cherry tree is about a young short boy named Rakesh and his grandfather nurturing a cherry tree. The tree was very special to both Rakesh and his grandfather. The story covers 4 years of Rakesh’s life. The story also tells us about the incidents and how Rakesh and grandfather nurtured the tree. The tree went through 2 incidents. One of the incidents was caused by a goat while the other was caused by a young girl who was cutting the grass.
The Cherry tree is a symbol of survival and it escapes almost eaten by a goat and being cut with the grass. The bond between Rakesh and the tree is of care and nurture. theme of the story is the ability to start something new and help it to reach its potential.

Continuation of my answer. He realised that the cherry tree had grown a inch or two. Rakesh was sad when the tree had to go through incidents. After 4 yrs the cherry tree grew into a beautiful and lovely tree
Rakesh looked at the cherry tree very careful and watered it most of the time. Rakesh planted the cherry seed in a place were the Earth was soft and yielding. He planted the cherry tree at the corner of the garden. When the cherry tree grew into a twig he looked at the hight of the tree and realised that it didn’t grow. Rakesh coudn’t stop looking at the tree so he only allowed himself to look at the tree at the corner of his eyes. One day Rakesh allowed himself to take a good look.
Rakesh threw a cherry seed and that started to shoot into a twig. He took care of it but was impatient to wait for its natural growth and so left it uncared.

Rakesh once asked Grandfather why the cherry tree was so special to them. Grandfather replied that the cherry tree is very special to us because they had planted the tree by themselves.
