In the first two stanzas , the poet talks about the extinction, preservation of tigers and ways to increase. Tigers are found in the jungles and in the tall grass. writer loves to have a number of tigers in forests, roaring, hunting and leaping but he doesn’t want any tiger enter his room to eat him.
