What will be rate of GST if a Submersible pUmp is Purcahsed along with required material ? Where the rate of Submersible Pump is 12% and Rate of other Material is 18% . will this supply treated as composite supply or Mixed supply??

If an employer did not pay salaries to employee but submit TDS and give Form-16 showing salaries credited to that concerned employee (also available in form 26AS) then what is the option with employee? The employer is repeatedly doing this action for 5 years, by crediting salaries in next financial years. The excess TDS refunds from income tax become successful by IT Dept. but salaries paid by employer become late by 9 months late.

one would not be entitled to avail any ITC on such capital goods, under GST. Being a manufacturing unit; if anyone has availed 50 % of the duties paid on capital goods received during April-June 2017 already in ER-1 returns; then one can take the remaining 50 % of the credit in July 2017.

I'm ahila jeyram. I had invested my capital gain of 35 lacs in nhai bonds and it nature's today. I want to credit this money to housing loan account of my son. Myself and my husband are living in this house with my son's family . Can I issue my cheque to the bank where housing loan is maintained or have I to credit to my son and then he has to issue his cheque? Will this be treated as gift and is there any tax implication for both of us?
