I went this company to manage my apartment primarily expecting professional service but I have to say I was hugely disappointed had to pay them 1 month service fee for finding a tenant and had to pay 1 month contract termination fee total two months rental Within a span of 2 months to close their contract and come out. I don’t want to elaborate further but not satisfied with their service and as I said it was huge disappointment to engage with them and beware of contract wordings as if I had to cancel their contract endup paying a big sum for no service.. better go with alternate after talking to people who really are satisfied with such companies
