Hello friends.
Today i am going to share our personal experience with proteinX. The word proteinx means it gives us protein to our body but it does not give much protein so it is not good for gym lovers. Those guys who workout in gym this product is not good for those because they require more protein to build muscle so proteinx is not a good option for gym lovers.
so avoid this product. don’’t buy it if you are going to take protein from it.
