Protinex is just a marketing gimmick. Not many of them about the amount od protinex. Those people who know are from fitness field or watch fitness content om yotube.
The supplements available in market have 90 percent of protein in them ans they cost really high. I have seen the prices starting from 5000 rupees they are really expensive but they are effective too. People who don’t buy these expensive supplement they make home made protein shake mixing banana, milk, peanut butter etc they are high in protein but it contains fat also.
Protinex is just a marketing gimmick just think how a company can provide a protein powder under 400 bucks . Just go with supplement or make home made protein.
