Proteinx provides you a decent amount of protein for a normal person. As I hav been gyming lately so I mix it with a glass of milk during night time. The vanilla flavour is quite tasty. It provides you a decent anount of calcium, vitamins, sodium etc. I use this every day as I drink it before sleeping so it will suffice your normal demand pf protein. A glass of milk and 2 spoons of proteinx thats all you need!
