Protinex is very bitter suppliment.You can not use it without adding suger. It is also costly in compair to the other suppliment avilable in the market. The flavor of protinex is to bad. Onse my father has bought it for me, But after adding on milk I was unable to drink it even after adding lot of suger.
Protinex is very heavy to digest. If you will drink after eating some food then probably you will vomit.
So don’t purchage it . Insted of protinex you can by horlex or other suppliment avilable in market.
