I am talking about protinex. I only use it once. It is not so healthy product. It has chocolate flavours which is increase the heart beat. Can increase blood pressure.
Secondly when we open it after two or three days, it becomes very hard to eat. We have to open it by breaking in pieces. So I do not recommend to use.
