I went expecting a fantasy film and it seemed like one to me. I did enjoy it.
Pros:
1) Loved the VFX, new in Tamil cinema. 2) It was entertaining. 3) There was a story line. 4) Songs were required to flaunt the visual effects and the amount of effort gone into making the costumes.
Cons:
1) The movie was lavish, cheap and dirty comedy dialogues made me cringe(there are better ways to compare a lady’s beauty with poetry). 2) Kodangi’s first night fiasco was disgusting. 3) Sridevi’s potential was not fully utilized. 4) Script could have been better to keep the audience occupied.
