I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them during a 40% off promotion. I received an email confirming the order.
Two days later I received an email saying that one of the items in my order was out of stock and had been cancelled.
And only 2 pairs had been shipped out. When I placed my order everything was listed as in-stock, and I wish I would’ve been notified of the changes before the order shipped since the whole point was that my boyfriend and I wanted matching shoes for the gym and his order was the one that got cancelled.
I called their customer service to see if there was a pair available in an alternate colour or if it would be back in stock soon. Their rep was extremely helpful and friendly, and I was able to place an order for the same style in a different colour with the price adjusted for 40% off despite the sale being over. I received the first two pairs of shoes about a week after I placed the order and my boyfriend’s shoes arrived 3 days after that.
