We all use any kind of shoes, so do I.
I like to wear sports shoes because I feel like they are comforting to me.
That’s the reason I bought puma shoes from their original website.
The shoes quality, material, comfort all things are very very good but they problem I faced is I got wrong size from the dealer.
I ordered size UK9 but they gave me size UK6 and on the bill there was mention as size UK10.
I ordered something else they gave me something else and they gave me invoice for something else.
Three different sizes for the single pair of shoes.
I would say they should improve their service because I don’t see any problem with the quality of the product.
I contact them, provided all the proof of what I’m facing and tell them about my problem and they solve my issue and I got my new pair of shoes.
I like the shoes, quality and all things but not the service.
There are other brands also, I will prefer them over this because of this issue.
I have been using this shoes over 6 months already and I don’t have any problem with the quality or product.
