A month ago I bought Puma Shoes from Amazon of worth Rs. 3999. Everything was fine in the first month but soon after a month the shoe sole got detached , the colour of the shoe is faded. I contacted customer care regarding this matter that my shoes are in warranty period kindly return it and give me new shoes, but the operator denied changing it he said that the warranty period is over but on its warranty card it was written that the warranty of this product is for 6 months. I was befooled be him. Next I contacted their customer care executive but he spoke very rudely and didn’t got any solution to solve my problem.
