Hi friends today I will tall you about some thing about the great brand puma. I was purchased before 6 month online from e-commerce site but some problem with my shoes going damaged in the box. I will call to direct the puma store the number is available in the payment receipt so they will tell me to don’t return this product we will sand new one. But first you have to sand that damaged shoes photo copy to our mail id and we will sand to you new one shose.
I think that guy is froad but my heart says let’s try this.
So I was sand one mail with the photocopy. But no any response in 2 working day after 3rd day they was reply with the sorry letter and they tall me to we are arrange the new one shose for you.
I was socked it’s really work and they are sanding me to new shose I was very happy and thankfully to puma company.
So friends I recommend to you if you need shose one time buy this company product it’s really nice and long life product. Otherwise if have any issue or problem to you than connect direct to costumer service of puma company they will reply to you and fix your problem. May be it’s take 2 or 3 working day but don’t worry they will replay.
