Shortfall: The lifts are very crowded & at times the escalaters do not work.
It does not have fascilities for people with wheel chair or any physical inability & the tills are sometimes very slow. It can be quite a job to collect your free gifts because the counter is small & the staffs are sometimes not too sure where to find the item!
