I have been sending flowers/ gifts to india online quite a few times. The experience has been always been reasonably good. But this time without much research I sent flowers using puneonlineflorists.com. I wanted to send flowers to my wife in Pune. The worst part is they have still not done delivery. On googling the site I got a few more people who have complained against the site Their customer care literally doesn’t exist. I tried calling the number on site and the number is somewhere in Kolkata. The number is always busy which plays the same recorded voice in English and Bengali saying the number is busy. The main reason I selected the site was I thought the same operated from Pune and now I come to know it is based in Kolkata.
When I try to track or reach them through the website it keeps on giving repeatedly the same errors. Even that feedback/support system doesn’t work. What is the point in having a feedback system at all. Just warning that please be careful using this site.
