Respond To Complaint On my marriage anniversary I ordered cake and flower to my wife through puneflorist.co.in and I paid Rs 1960 /- through Cc avenue payment gateway.after making order, I called on contact number but to my surprise no body was picking call. I received order number which gave me order number but there was no assurance of delivery. Since I was not able to contact them, I send them a email asking them to revert and kept trying to con tact them.on mobile number mentioned on site and finally some Mr. Amit picked the call and informed me that order can’t be delivered on promissed time but assured me of delivery. I knew I did mistake so I kept quite and expected delivery by evening as he was telling me .I kept on waiting but as expected he failed and I tried to contact but he didn’t respond. .I am still waiting and expecting he will deliver it .This site is absolutely fraud site. This is not a company and Infact some body sitting in punjab trying to manage order from there . since payment is made in advance, you hardly have any choice .I really don’t know how we avoid such online fraud website who is looting our money and more than this playing with our emotion by spoiling our special day like aniversarry.this site owner is also from punjab and Web page uploaded in some afracian company where our indian government might have little control. I am not sure even payment gateway like Cc avenue verify such company before providing online payment transfer facilities to this fraud company.hope such company comes under government scrutiny and banned .
