NRI account holder it’s my very bad personal experience with Punjab and sind bank, Sector 42 branch, Chandigarh. Even complaining in a higher management I didn’t got any resolution instead they all support each other in-spite of taking care and resolving my genuine issue.
They are not customer centric at all. I never ever had any issues with any other bank’s, Though I had given good business to this bank, comparing with my other banks. I thought only private sectors play politics but that’s a myth. I will never recommend this bank to anybody. Big Disappointment with the staff and a bank.
