We purchased Unlimited Food and Drinks offer from Groupon_India for Punjab Grill, Koramangala. We enquired initially for cocktails instead of IMFL drinks, which they had agreed except for Wine based.
When we first placed order for cocktails, they said its not included in this deal. Adding to my surprise they themselves were not clear about what they agreed with us. After prolonged discussion they agreed for 3 cocktails for each. In that too we mentioned one of us will not be having alcohol based drinks.
Starters ha. ha ha. please be very careful with your selection here. We asked for non-veg starters and they were repeating the two items. Guys if you don’t like the taste of it. What will you do.? I asked can I get some veg starter . here I had one more surprise… The reply was "Sir as you have opted for non-veg starter we won’t be able to serve you veg one" ha ha ha . (Unlimited Food…. Cheap gimmicks)
Yeah it was unlimited, but not unlimited items . It was two items which was getting served unlimitedly. How can one eat two items without getting frustrated?
Anyway the most important thing which I felt was the treatment over there. I was quite upset the way they were treating us from other customers. May be because we went with a deal. We were able to feel the difference as they were not quite happy to supply for us, even though we paid a big amount for the deal.
I am not sure about the food quality as well bcoz everyone had stomach pain after some time.
My suggestion for others is to stay away from deals @ Punjab Grill. And be specific and clear about all the things and get their verbal approvals through email for proof. Because they may refuse your verbal approvals.
