I have a 110 cc HET honda activa. I just purchased that activa. even my one year is also not completed. I think all the service centers do cheat with all the customers. they most of time make us fool. because we can not understand their technical language and can not understand inner parts of the vehicle as well.
my honda activa is under free warranty service period and I do all of my service at punjab honda vandematram, chandlodia.
from the beginning I have suspension problem in my rear jumper. and I did complain for the same during all the services. all the time they say that this time your problem will be solved. and all the time after using my vehicle for some time the same problem was persisting.
in every service I was changing the oil and was doing and paying whatever they say. but during my 4th free service I complained regarding my suspension problem and said them to definitely resolve that problem this time.
to my surprise this time they told me that the rear fork of jumper is no more workingand I have to replace it at the cost of 2700 rupees that surprised me and I complained at the honda customer care and higher authorities too.
very next day I had a call from punjab honda and they suggest me to do check my vehicle at higher service center. and very next day when I visited them they examined my vehicle and told me that your rear fork is up to date and no need to change that.
that time I got very angry and realized that if you have no any knowledge and believe on them they will loot you every time. it is their policy to do with all the customers.
and all the staff and service persons are also ill behaving and steal petrol and oil all the time. during all the service they do nothing and just wash it.
very bad services by that particular service center and probably all the honda service centers do the same. so be alert and complaint if you notice any unusual thing. I will suggest to find any better service center.
