I had opened a savings account in punjab national bank 2 months ago. I was already having an account in maharashtra bank but I wasn’t pleased with its service and was looking for a decent bank inorder to open an account. I opted punjab national bank and I am quite satisfied with its service.
They provide good customer service and the bank employees behavior to their customers is also good. The only limitation I can point out is that one can withdraw only upto 25000 RS from ATM at a time. But the other facilities provided by the bank such as netbanking is good too. I rate it 4 out of 5!
