I have not a good experience with this bank. I had choosen this bank in2016.
I opened a saving account to save lottle part of money on that account.but after using its I experienced some kind of disgraded things.
Its branch availability is avarage. One can find a branch of it at almost all cities even rural areas. Also u can find its atms.
It charges a lot in your daily activities.like for sending your account balance to you through message, they charge for it. For neft transactions they charge.lollllll
Its customer service is not poor but also not great.i will say avarage.
Its procesa and procedure of getting a loan is little bit long. But I thing it is only for the middle class and lower middle class people. Rather the persons like nirab modi can avail it easily.
It has also a minimum balance scheme. U have to maintain that amountin your account. Unless they will charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. I suffered 2/3 times.
It’s netbanking page lay out is not easy for a low educated person. And in it u can’t press back button.
Now it is also facing problem of scams.
I will give less tgan avarage rating to this bank.
