I have been maintaining my PNB account for last 4 years. Recently I got transferred to a new location. I gave application for account portability but they have not processed it even after several follow ups. The way they respond is also not professional. Finally I have contacted to the branch manager of my base location and he has assured me for the early resolution of my query. I hope the senior management will take a look at the service which is provided to the customer at ground level.
