Hi friends , I want to tell you my experience of using punjab national bank .
Punjab national bank stands in second place from all bank all over india . But I didn’t understand why it is . My experience towards Punjab national bank is very bad .
I have never used phone banking so I don’t have any opinion of it but my friends used its phone banking , they said its service is not good .
I lived in Shastri Nagar , meerut . There are less number of ATM available in my region and even that some of the ATM’s are not working and some of the ATM’s doesn’t have cash when I want money .
I also don’t like its internet banking service as it is not available in many of the shopping website so I have to use other bank service .
Customer service of Punjab national bank is worst as its servers are very slow . It takes long time to credit or debit our money from the banks . Their workers are also very slow and also very rude . They works like they are doing government job .
I am very disappointed from its service .
I suggest evryone that choose any other bank but don’t choose this one.
